Our Team
Mr. Anil Varma's tryst with construction dates back to '89 when he graduated with a degree in civil engineering, a diploma in construction management from Bangalore university and he is an alumni of IIM Bangalore. He worked with some of the major builders across South India until 1996. Mr. Anil Varma is an entrepreneur since 1996 when he founded Varma Constructions From there on, there has been no looking back. He partnered with two others in 2006 when Asset Homes was established, serving as one of its Director until 2016.

Managing Director
Mini Varma, an Ayurvedic Doctor by profession, is the other Director of the company. She is a nature enthusiast and her passion lies in incorporating nature friendly spaces into daily living. Visiting faculty of Major Ayurveda Institutions, With the support and guidance from her, he plans on engineering green eco - friendly spaces that complement nature and giving more than just ordinary to their CSR segment. An avid reader and a passionate singer, she is an active member(also the past president) of the Rotary Inner Wheel Club, Cochin Gymkhana Club and RSC (Regional Sports Centre- Kochi).
Dr. Mini Varma
Director
Arathy Varma, one of the Vice Presidents of Varma Homes is a dynamic architect and an emerging leader in the real estate industry. A Bachelor of Architecture graduate from ASADI, Kochi, she leads the Planning Department at Varma Homes. She also heads Varma Touch, the department that provides services in creative interior designing, where she drives innovative design solutions and ensures high-quality project execution. Beyond her professional role, she is the State Coordinator of CREDAI Kerala Youth Wing. With a well-rounded background rooted in creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, she brings a progressive and people-focused vision to her work, thus powering the success story of Varma Homes.
Arathy Varma
Vice President
Vaisakh Varma, Vice President Operations of Varma Homes is an engineering graduate and he heads the Operations of Varma Homes. Before moving into the real estate industry, he was a Marine engineer working with shipping companies like , The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd, and couple others where he gained valuable experience in the industry. Passionate about delivering high-quality results, optimizing process and ensuring customer satisfaction, he is committed to embrace innovations, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to the growth and success of Varma Homes
