Our Team
K. Anil Varma's legacy in construction began in 1989 with a degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Construction Management from Bangalore University, followed by his association with IIM Bangalore as an alumnus. His early career with some of the leading builders across South India gave him valuable exposure to the construction industry and its evolving practices. In 1996, he took an entrepreneurial step by founding Varma Constructions, marking the beginning of his own journey in the industry. His experience and entrepreneurial vision later led him to partner with two others to establish Asset Homes in 2006, where he served as a Director until 2016. These experiences laid the foundation for his continued journey in real estate and construction.

Dr. Mini Varma, an Ayurvedic physician and Director of Varma Homes, works alongside her husband, K. Anil Varma, in shaping the company's vision for quality homes and meaningful living spaces. Her professional background and deep appreciation for nature inspire her passion for integrating nature-friendly spaces into everyday living and creating environments that complement their natural surroundings. A visiting faculty member at leading Ayurvedic institutions, she also takes an active interest in social and community initiatives. She is committed to supporting meaningful CSR initiatives that create a positive impact beyond the homes the company builds. An avid reader and passionate singer, Dr. Mini Varma is actively involved in several organisations. She is a member and former President of the Rotary Inner Wheel Club and is associated with the Cochin Gymkhana Club and the Regional Sports Centre (RSC), Kochi.

Arathy Varma, Vice President at Varma Homes, is an architect and an emerging leader in the real estate industry. The daughter of K. Anil Varma and Dr. Mini Varma, she brings the next generation's perspective to the family-led organisation, combining her architectural expertise with a progressive approach to real estate and design. A Bachelor of Architecture graduate from ASADI, Kochi, Arathy leads the Planning Department at Varma Homes. She also heads Varma Touch, the company's customer-focused extension that offers creative interiors, after-sales support, maintenance and repair services, ensuring that the relationship with customers continues beyond the completion of their homes. Beyond her role at Varma Homes, she serves as the State Coordinator of the CREDAI Kerala Youth Wing. With a strong foundation in architecture, design and leadership, she brings together creativity, collaboration and a people-focused approach to her work, contributing to the continued growth of Varma Homes.
Arathy Varma
Vice President
Vaisakh Varma, Vice President – Operations at Varma Homes, is the son-in-law of K. Anil Varma and Dr. Mini Varma and is married to Arathy Varma, Vice President of the company. An engineering graduate, he brings professional experience spanning the marine and real estate industries. Before joining Varma Homes, he worked as a Marine Engineer with shipping companies, including The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd., where he gained valuable experience in the industry and developed strong expertise in managing demanding operational environments. At Varma Homes, he leads the Operations function, focusing on efficient processes, quality execution and customer satisfaction. His approach combines technical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and effective collaboration across teams. He plays an active role in strengthening operational efficiency and contributing to the continued growth of Varma Homes.

We are committed to using every component that goes into construction judiciously and responsibly, finding meaningful uses for materials wherever possible throughout our projects. We are also an IGBC-certified organisation and a LEED certificate holder.
