Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Candidates should have good knowledge of construction practices, site execution, quality standards, and project coordination.
Preferred Candidates
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site procedures.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction materials.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work within project timelines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and coordinate with project teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Track project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Interpret drawings and coordinate with the relevant teams for execution.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
